Authentic Indian cuisine is not hard to make; this recipe calls for crushed whole spices, smells and tastes spectacular and is as close to genuine Indian cooking as you can find. The only thing missing is a clay oven, although if you have a clay oven, this is the recipe to use for it.

t was Henry IV of France’s ambition to create such a wealthy nation that every family in the land would be able to afford this dish every Sunday. Of course, that put a little strain on the chicken population come Sunday, but it’s a nice story.

Leftovers. This is a great way of using left over cooked chicken. Any sort will do: roast, fried, baked, anything at all.
